Water is the only natural liquid to treat any disease, this natural liquid is contaminated. Do you really know how much water to take and how much is essential for body? Here in India when we have fresh water resources, due to high-tech life style we are habituated to water bottles, water packets. In every office there is an electronic water purifier. This electronic water purifies, purifies water and makes one side code and hot water. When the water is made cold and hot with electronic power, its huge problem to the human body, the body needs to provide extra metabolic activities. In these cases it’s always required to avoid these electronic water purifiers and coffee machines.

The other thing to take attention is water packets, which are happily taken by all my friends. This is the worst thing of all, as we know plastic is harmful and water stored in it for days and we purchase it for one rupee and go to doctor next day. I have once had food poisoning issues drinking this water packet.

Tips to follow when drinking water:


  • Drink when you feel thirsty and never stop this action, as it will lead to may health problems.
  • Always be in any sitting position to drink water, it’s always advised never to stand and drink. 
  • The water should always be taken sip by sip, as most of them drink a glass of water at once. 
  • We Indians have many rituals and women tend to do fasting the whole day, when fasting it is advised to drink water every 3-4 hours. Our stomach always produces a harmful acid that is hydrochloric acid, which is only produced to digest food. Though you’re fasting the nature of the body is to produce this acid according to your food taking time. When you don’t consume food at all the hydrochloric acid creates ulcer and intestinal cancers. Plz keep taking water when fasting. 
  • The other important point is to, you take food 3 times, morning breakfast, lunch and dinner. Once the meal is finished you drink a glass of water. It’s the one wrong act we have been doing for years. It’s always advised to drink water after an hour of meal. The scientific reason is, when you take food it gets digested with hydrochloric acid, this process commonly takes an hour, when you drink water before one hour this process is diluted. Means the food doesn’t digest and the acid is diluted. Please make this a habit and practice and share with others.
